The NASDAQ Composite is the wide-angle lens on the Nasdaq exchange. Where the NASDAQ 100 takes only the top hundred non-financial firms, the Composite includes almost everything listed there, big and small. It is still heavily tilted toward technology, and still dominated by the largest names because it is weighted by company size.
