Fill Ratio

a.k.a. Fill rate

The share of orders that actually get executed, out of all the orders sent.
In plain English

The share of orders that actually get executed, out of all the orders sent.

The fill ratio compares filled orders with orders sent. A low ratio can mean prices are being pulled as you try to trade on them, or that orders are being rejected.

Institutions use it to judge liquidity providers. Many rejections on a retail account can be a sign of poor execution.
