In plain English

A five-candle bullish continuation pattern: a big up candle, three small pullback candles, then another big up candle.

Rising three methods is an uptrend taking a short nap. First a long green candle. Then three small candles drifting lower, staying inside the first candle's range: the sellers try, but cannot break anything. Finally, another strong green candle closes above the first one's high, and the climb resumes.

It signals the trend is intact. Its bearish mirror image is falling three methods.
