In plain English

A cryptographic protocol that lets a buyer get exactly one secret out of a set, without the seller learning which one.

ANDOS stands for "all-or-nothing disclosure of secrets". Picture a seller with a locked drawer of secrets. You can open exactly one. You get that secret whole, you learn nothing about the others, and the seller never finds out which drawer you picked.

It is one of the building blocks studied in cryptography for privacy problems such as secret voting and anonymous purchases. You will not trade it, but it shows the kind of trust-without-trusting tricks that crypto is built on.
